Ac help

I'm having ac problems. When I'm driving the air
blows cold, but when the car is stopped the air
comes out hot.It also takes a while to cool off
when I first turn the car on.any suggestions on
what it might be?  The freeon is full.

The A.C condenser coil needs to be cleaned clogged with dirt and bugs causing little to no air flow across the coils to clean use a garden hose and nozzle also if radiator sets in front of condenser clean it also you have to get good air through radiator to get good air flow to condenser.
