ONLY WHEN ACCELERATING & DEACCELERATING ,JUST BEFORE AN OIL
CHANGE. GOES AWAY AFTER OIL CHANGE.

Ok we need a lot more information than that. Is it a loud tapping sound from top of engine? Is it from the bottom? I think the oil change is coincidental

IT ONLY MAKES NOISE WHEN DRIVING, CAN'T TELL WHERE IT'S COMING FROM, ONLY AFTER OIL CHANGE IT GOSE AWAY

If the tensioner is oil pressure controlled it's possible it could be clogged and when the oil is changed it's possible that might stop the rattling sound
