Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I indicated that I accepted to pay the seller's price. What is my next step? I
know not to pay the seller directly. I know I should pay Cargurus and then meet
with the seller at an agreed location. Where do I send the payment? I have
zelle at Chase JP Morgan. Please advise.

I would pay directly but that is me. Meet at your bank or theirs or perhaps the DMV office.
