draining only one gallon fluid, manual said 3 gallon capacity? how to get the rest of fluid out. ?

Help,   can you help me with a car problem?
???  how can I completely empty the coolant system??

Toyota, Sienna, LE, 2008, TRUCK, 3.5L, dohc, 6 cly., 24 valves,    EFI
Vin:  5TDZK23C28S224799

The dealer said that I need to have it done at the dealership.  There is a
special in out removal of the coolant.  Problem is I can only drain one
gallon of fluid. Car manual said that the Capacity holds 3 gallons.  Drained
and got engine to operation Temp. never emptying more than one gallon.
Is the manual wrong?
drained from the bottom of  radiator,

on 2011 sienna, can i measure all transmission fluid that i will drain out and then fill it w/ exact amount that came out? i know there's a plug and plastic tube need to ba remove. also temperature on used fluid should be the same for the new fluid. i was thinking that this way its more simpler to replace fluid. my email is ipefelipe@yahoo.com, thanks 1 Answer

While rotating the tires of our van, a stud was snapped on the left rear wheel. The mechanic said we had to wait for the part to come in, but the car was safe to drive. When you hit eject it sounds like it is trying but it seems to time out and error 3 comes up The cd plays ok but just can't eject.
