Car randomly not starting

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Changing gears & back to park usually starts. Could
this be a sensor or relay or the starter? Sometimes
when I walk away it beeps, this just started
happening. I’m original owner & have regular
maintenance done.

If you have to play with the shifter to get it to start the neutral safety switch may be out of adjustment.
