2008 Navigator active suspension not working

All sources show an active suspension relay that plugs into a wire harness and bolts to the frame. No source has been able to tell me where it is. IT IS NOT the one in the fuse box. It has 4 terminals and a heat sink attached. Look at a RY319 relay or a Napa ECH AR685 and you will see what I mean.

Go to a Ford or Lincoln parts department and they will be able to tell you.

I can’t find it either on my 07 ,this is aggravating/ frustrating no info on this whatsoever
