Are you looking for a way to add a brightness adjuster or are you needing to toggle from regular to bright with the factory knob? Some models have a knob for selecting auto high beams, if it is turned on you will want to set it back to manual but there should be a knob on the driver side control for it.

If this is like other Fords there are two small square headed screws behind the headlight. You can buy a special tool to turn them for around $20.
