2008 Chevy Malibu has trouble starting

My car started off when I fill it up with gas wouldnt crank. I would hold the
key turning and pump the peddle and the motor would catch and crank then
I would hold it rev for a second once letting off of the gas it drops to about
500 RPM then back up to 1000 to idle. Now this happens every time I start
the car. I already know this car is FI so its not adding fuel to the car I
wouldnt think when the ignition is turning the motor over and I give it gas.
However it is doing something because it cranks. This whole time the check
engine light wasnt on. I can crank the car right after that and it starts up just
fine. I am going today to have the code read im sure it will probably just read
the gas cap or something along those lines. If anyone knows anything at all
please let me know. Thanks for reading!

Could be this part called the idle air control motor. You should have it check out by a shop. They can be hard to figure out if they are working right. I have a tool that check the computer for the proper signal. You really a scanner to send command signals to the IAC valve to see if it's working
