My headlights and radio dont work after I got a new battery

Sometimes if battery voltage is lost, some modules may have to relearn or be reprogrammed. I looked at your headlamps wiring and the bcm has some control over headlamps. I didn't look at the radio wiring? Some radios will go into lock-down if voltage is lost. It may require a code to unlock radio, if that is the problem? You may have to get code from dealership. I can't rule out other issues? With any component I want to check voltage and ground.
