2008 Chevrolet Malibu temp gauge malfunction

I have a 2008 Malibu that runs good but recently my temp
gauge started jumping around sporadically. Hot to cold
back and forth. I’ve replaced the thermostat and the temp
sensor with no results. Any suggestions on what to try
next?

Lastly. This cold weather is messing with all cars. Affecting sensors and readings.

I’m in Florida.. so I doubt it’s the weather effecting it. But I guess I’ll try the thermostat again.
