Skid/Traction control Light

I recently replaced the rack & pinion.  When I'm on a curvy road, traveling at the
posted speed limit, and I am turning to the left, my swerve/stability light flashes
on and at the same time as it flashes, I can hear a muffled "clicking" sound.  Did
the repair facility fail to connect something?  It does not do this when turning
the wheels to the right.  Any help is appreciated.
