Question type: Car Customization

Anyone have any tips for increasing the gas mileage of my 2008 Jeep Commander
w/ 3.7l v6 engine?

I have heard rumors of after market upgrades in air filters, intakes, and even tires.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Current mpg: 12.1
