Same here. 05 Dodge Magnum sxt 3.5. makes a dinging noise and dies. Starts right back but it's really dangerous and I would like to know what it is.

I had that problem too. It died 3 times in the same day. I opened the battery compartment, took the cover off the fuse box and pushed all the relays and fuses all the way down. Some of them did move. It has now been over a year, and it has not happened again.
