could be starter relay, ignition , bad starter solenoid, bad starter, bad connections at the batter positive or ground or bad connection to the positive on the starter solenoid, bad ground to the engine block, weak battery not charged or bad cell. Check all battery connection are clean and tight then move to where they connect. disconnect the positive cable from the battery before disconnecting any positive to clean and reconnect. Make sure batter is fully charged and good.
