2008 Nissan Rogue air charged new compressor air not turning on

Any ideas could low psi control be bad

Yes a sensor could prevent the system from running however if your getting power to compressor and the clutch is not engaging a incorrect clutch gap can prevent it from engaging. Make sure to check any associated fuses/relays. Also your psi readings high and low should be checked and the correct pressures will vary with ambient temperatures. I am hoping you did a pump down and changed out the receiver drier prior to recharging the system. Good Luck!
