flap hanging down under truck

Help, there is some kind of flap that has come off and my husband can't figure how it attaches.  It is about at the driver seat under the car.  Have a attached picture.

That is the dust cover for the ABS module,it folds back over the top of it,looks like it is tore where it clips in over the module,may have to wire it back up.

Bingo. I have the same problem. Does anyone know the part number on this. Or the "official" part name. Thanks

Got it. GM Part No.: 25907095 SHIELD, Fuel Pump

How did you resolve this, I have the same issue, bought the replacement shield but I don't see how it was originally installed nor does it seem to have any where to screw into....thanks.
