What would it cost to fix this issue of the rear
engine bearings being blown in a 2008 Trailblazer

I don't think I would even mess with it. By the time you get done with it, for a bit more you could have just gotten a long block to drop in. I see them for just over $2000.

That sounds like it will take a full engine rebuild. I would look into buying a crate engine.
