What to do about my truck going dead?

Truck goes dead and it's not the alternator, battery or
starter they are not even a year old. Radio also want come
on

If it's not the battery alternator or starter I would test for a parasitic drain

I would do what Ford_fanatac87 suggested as well as pull the radio out and make sure it is connected correctly. The short could be in the radio causing the drain.
