I have a 2008 Chevy cobalt and I still haven't figured out how to turn on the light on the shift. Which would help a lot at night to be able to switch gears. The dealership acts as if they don't know

the selector indicator light?? just take it down there. all other lights are working? fuses?

There maybe a possibility the fuse blew out. But I was trying to figure it out on my own.
