Engine power reduced after cooling replacement

We changed the radiator and Fan on a 2008
Colbolt. Nothing was wrong with it at all but the
radiator and fan needed replace. Now it’s saying
“engine powered reduced”
Could we if did something wrong?

Yes you easily could have. Most likely a wiring issue considering what you've done, but the first thing to do is always to scan it for trouble codes and see what it says.
