I have a leak on my 08 cobalt ls on the passenger side
underneath the car it's a pretty good leak could it be
coming  from the fuel line

A gasoline leak between the front engine and fuel tank is likely a fuel line. Inspect the fuel Tank and visually identify the origin of the leak UNSAFE have this repaired.

Fuel lines run on the drivers side of the 08 cobalt, most likely from fuel pump lines, they tend to crack right at the pump
