Turn signal is not working on right front, but rear flashes double fast. Will a bulb fix it? If so, how do I install it?

Yes. Sounds like you have a bad bulb. The other flashes double fast because one is blown out.

Take a look at your owners manual. It should explain how to replace the blown bulb.

it is not a do it yourself job. The Cadillac dealer said it is a $300 repair, consisting of taking off the front wheel, grill, fender liners, headlight assembly, rtc.

It's not above I put above in it's only working on the front not working on the front and the back driver side only
