Why do I have cold water leaking into the front passenger side floorboard? How can I fix the problem?

The A/C condensation drain line is clogged. If its anti freeze the heater core is leaking.

The A/C evaporator in most cars are located on the passengers side of the car and It could be the hose for the condensate is clogged allowing the water to over flow the pan. The hose for this exits the car underneath and should be visible try to blow out the line with compressed air.
