My 2008 chrysler Seabring Convertible Tempature hand keeps rising also the coolant seems to be leaking I changed the thermostat last year and in it stop rising but the coolant still seem to leak. Does it have a fan that maybe is not working

Yes, there is a cooling fan that needs to be operational. And you need to find the coolant leak and repair. It is important to keep up the coolant level so the engine does not overheat or you'll cause a bad head gasket, if not done already. Also the cooling system may need to be purged from air pockets. Also a bad water pump could cause overheating.
