have a 2008 Explorer.. my radio does not work after battery replacement

Radio doesnot work after battery replacement, checked fuses but no power
reaches No.11

fuse #3 The fuse panel is located below the instrument panel on the driver’s side. And is shows for Radio, Amplifier, Power antenna, DVD. I can't find the map image, but if you download the link below it's on Page 229 http://justgivemethedamnmanual.com/ford/2002-ford-explorer-owners-manual

If fuses are good under hood.....then a common problem from Ford. The car lost it's memory and needs to be reprogrammed. To do this they need both keys and 1 hour of time. It will cost 100.- I was told it is nothing unusual
