Can the AC clutch be changed out

In most cases a new Compressor makes sense, as a failed AC clutch could have contributed to other damage not seen and will be about the same cost to replace the clutch as it is the whole unit due to the labor involved. Plus the new compressor will be warrantied if a certified shop does the repair.
