Hi, the air blows hot/cold just fine BUT only blows out of defroster. Any ideas please?

You have a stuck blend door or a bad actuator motor. Probably looking at an $800 shop bill. A real pain to fix depending on what is actually the problem. No easy fixes for this issue. Here is a video of a guy changing out a bad actuator motor. Just so you will have an idea of what you may have to do if you fix it yourself. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_hN6otxId5s

go to www.heatertreater.net. they have a kit to fix the blend doors that doesn't involve taking the whole dash out.
