2008 pontiac torrent shifting problems

My 2008 torrent has trouble shifting into high gear at 60-65mph the
engine light is on it also losses power going any grade and the
engine light flashes

What I can tell you is when the CEL flashes.... rather than steady lit.... it indicates a more serious problem has been detected. Better get it OBD scanned post haste

Do you still have this vehicle or know someone with one? I have an engine and trans for one.

My son has one and he wrecked it so we're going to put the engine and trans in another body if we can find one.

Does anyone know why my 2008 Pomtiac Torrent is making horrible noise once I start it,it stays running then dies once it hits about "1RPM" but stays on if its above that.
