What are the specifications one should know to replace the fuel filter on a 2008 Chevrolet Aveo5 LS?

My car is having trouble starting in
weather 55°f and colder. It is definitely
not my battery, alternator, starter, or
spark plugs and wires. It spins but
doesn't catch and turn over for a few
tries.. When I turn my key I must listen
for the fuel injector, sometimes
multiple times, to try to get it to "push"
more gas for initial fire.


You would be helping with ANY ideas,
please help, its getting colder and my
friend needs to buy this car for
interstate travels for his frequent
family doctor visits multiple times
monthly. Its a great car, for 7 years
minus the recall they don't have a part
for.

Go to YouTube and watch a video on how to do it. It's not a big job.
