Front hub 08 Gran prix

Bought new front hub came with wire connector,the old one doesn't have any
wire to connect too, will the hub still work in the joint

That's the wire for the ABS. Sounds like you've got other problems going on there. Find the wire, or what's left of the wire on you car that used to go to the hub and repair it at the same time. Assuming it really is the correct hub for the car it will work fine with or without the wire hooked up. You just won't have ABS which is not that big of a deal.
