Increasing hp and torque

Alright folks, I see that y'all give good input
so I have this base 3.8 Grand Prix and
looking to push more than 200 hp. Where
do I start?

An even better question is why start with a low performance SE when you could start with a GTP that's already supercharged, has the heavy duty transmission and the two stage fuel system you'll need and has bee engineered by GM? They are cheap and plentiful to buy and you can focus your time and money upgrading that. Just a thought.
