Engine will not start after turning the engine off

I bought a used 2008 lacross cxl, with a 3800 Series III engine. After purchase the dealer had to replace (under Warrenty) the  ignition Module which was shorted, and also found and replaced number 1 coli cracked- other 2 coils are blackened-Ignition module is shorted and ignition fuse open."  Two to three times a month, after using the car (shopping) the engine cranks but does not start. It sounds like and engine without gas. I wait awhile and try to start it again and it fires up. Don't know if this is part of the problem but sometimes, the air bag indicater light next to the speedometer lights up for not reason.

have u or anyone checked fuel press? A fuel ready to fail will act this way

hi i have 08 Buick lacrosse won't start it would turn over but would not crack. started looking and saw coil cracked replaced coil and car started up but it was missing. got some advice from advance auto personal and 70 dollars later still missing {plugs and wrings} then went and got ignition module BRD 3038122 $ 152 dollars and car running great P.S. tools u need is mm 5.5 and 7 mm socket and some vaseline for the bottom of l. module board hope this help o yea replacing them plugs was a JOB !!!!!! the back plugon the drive side will come out without removing the senser line .

I have a 2009 Buick lacrosse cxl.i replaced the ignition sensor, module boeard,all 3 coils,plugs ,throttle body. They checked the fuel pressure,dropped the tank.fuuel pump good.but the car just turns but won't crank.but I can spray some intake and throttle body cleanser and the car starts up .but when u give it gas it died
