2008 Ford Taurus X number cylinder not firing.

I have a 2008 Ford Taurus x.  The number 5
cylinder is not firing.  Replaced all spark plugs and
they are properly gapped.  I also replaced the coil
on that cylinder.  Still not firing.  What else could
be the problem here

I have a 2008 Ford Taurus sel awd and had same problem, after everything all that needed to be done was change the Fuel Injector for that cylinder. Mine was cylinder #6 worked like a charm and you'll notice more get up n go
