2007 ford f250 power diesel

My battery post on the driver side hit the ground
and now my truck won't do anything. Only the
interior lights and parking lights
are working. it won't crank or click. the horn
doesn't work.

Try charging the battery. If that does not work you may need a new battery.

they are new batteries. I believe the ground wire has burned up and thats why it's not doing anything.
