2007 dodge ram 2500 . a/c blowing hot air. full of refrigerant. could relays be the problem and where are they located?

Wait...that was not even right. The owners manual is sadly lacking in information, but there is some. See Page 492, go to this site below in the separate window the, fill out 2007 on the drop-down.
