Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2007 ram 1500 4wd, 4.7, check engine light came on, read the codes, said it was TPS.  I replaced it with a new Mopar TPS, tried to reset the codes and it wouldn't reset.  I also replaced the connector to the TPS.  It hesitates to start, will not downshift for passing, and the cruise control wont even turn on.  I am at a loss on this one.  I've tried to check the fuse for the cruise control, but can't even locate it.   I hope someone can please help me.

how did you try to reset computer? with a code reader or by disconnecting the battery? disconnecting the battery does nothing to reset computer.

code reader. it shows the same code twice. live data shows the sensor reading at 99.4% with the key on/engine off. I've cleaned the throttle plate and IAC hole. What gets me is the tranny not down shifting and the cruise control not working either. The only place I can think of that all of these systems come together is in the PCM. I hope I am wrong
