Service four wheel drive comes on when I start truck, I can turn truck off and
clears the warning. I scanned it today and got code CO379, Front Axle open
circuit ( symptom 04)

Either the actuator on the front axle is bad. Or there is a broken wire or a loose connector. I dont see too many bad switches. I suspect a broken wire down near the front of the axle near the bracket that holds the connector. The switch is a large black or white cylinder that is on the passenger side axle tube near the differential housing.
