Interior door panel

Asked by GuruC14M8 Feb 22, 2019 at 08:48 PM about the 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 1LT RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am having trouble getting my door panels back
on correctly  after replacing the factory speakers. I
have replaced the clips but there are no clips in the
area that wont stay against the door. Every where
besides that area on the panel is fine .  This is the
top of the panel close to the dash board on both
doors . Has anyone else had this problem? I have
had many panels off other vehicles and I have
never had this problem. Hook it at the window and
make sure the clips are not broken or worn. I dont
know how it was staying against the door in the
first place since there are no clips in this area but it
did.
