Alarm system

Had an alarm system installed on my
Magnum which is the 2006 I drive it for
so many miles and when I turn the
ignition off and turn back around to
restart it it doesn't start up so I have to
wait till 3 hours to 4 hours to start it up
then it starts up so what can I do to fix
that

Return to facility that installed the alarm and have them correct it. Let us know the name brand of the system.
