for what it costs and the hell you'll go through with the computer and ant-itheft, sell it and buy the one you want.

you could fit a hemi really easily by swapping the intake to one from xv motorsports and putting on a holly efi system

yea i brought an 08 charger with the 2.7l engine......LORD big mistake. car is a piece of crap to put it nicely. Engine failed at 70,000 miles which i have learned was expectable. Got horrible gas mileage before that and no pickup that you would think you would have from a charger. For me selling the car and buying a new one is not an option. I am now looking at $3500 to drop in another crappy 2.7l engine in it cuz i was told couldnt drop a 3.5l in it anyway.

isnt your car under warranty with that year and amount of miles?

No. The car is only under warranty for 36,000 miles. Of those 36,000 miles, I believe only 12,000 miles cover powertrain.

You guys need new mechanics. I also bought a 08 2.7. I wasted no time putting my 3.5L into the car onto my same ole 4speed transmission. It is also possible to put v8 into your car. You simply need an engine with all connections and a mechanic that doesn’t want You to pay no more than You would have to On such a big job.
