My car is running an driving but once i get to 4th
gear an really get on it my car just keeps red lining
idk if it's the trans or my tcm dat tells car wen to
shift

If you know it shifts into 4th gear, then I would have to say the clutch is slipping. Need to R&R the clutch, and associated components.
