You might be able to use a garden hose with not a lot of water pressure and spray radiator clean.

DO NOT use a high pressure spray (commercial car wash spray gun or pressure washer) when trying clean the radiator and a/c condenser. You will cause damage by the high pressure water bending the cooling fins shut. I learned this the hard way.
