what gasket did you change? You must try to determine if it's a valve lifter knock...if it is, then you have may have a oil pressure problem. Those lifter are operated by (Hydraulics) oil pressure. There's no easy way to check the oil pressure and the sender turn on the warning light at very low presssure sometimes as low as 5 PSI. eBay has a kit that comes with the gauge, hose and adapters to measure oil pressure.

Thanks I'll check I just removed the valve cover and replaced the back gasket. Also changed the plugs to see if that might have been the issue but it still nocks.

Do you have an engine check light on? If not, you may have a pending code...so scan it and see what you have.
