Coils after replacing engine

Asked by Derby_972 Jan 24, 2017 at 02:30 PM about the 2008 Buick Enclave CXL AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I put a new engine in since the timing chain
needed repair n warranty company opted
to put new engine in , 10 days after I got it
back it's misfiring n I'm told it needs 3 new
coils . I hate to think it has something to do
with the new engine. Is this a common
accurance?
