Try spraying some starting fluid into the throttle body to see if it fires off. This will show if it is a fuel issue or not.

Not a fuel issue, I can hear the fuel injection engage when I turn the keys on. Its gotta be this anti-theft locking up the fuel lines. Somehow Ive gotta "re-learn" the Passlock Key? Any thoughts on this? Thanks!
