my outside mirrors were not working properly so my "mechanic" friend put in a used door control module but now there is no power to the outside keypad. what should be done to fix it?

does your door control module still lock and unlock the doors? if not your mechanic may not have plugged in the multi wire connectors under the door module. pop it out and redo wire connections, clean the pin connectors first with electronic spray and a toothbrush. when u pull out the module look down into the hole u created and see if any other connections were yanked loose during your friends repair as the keypad code box is inside your door panel also.
