You may have oil blowing out of the PCV valve or elbow, or if you're burning a lot of oil, from the EGR. Valve covers could also leak, but I don't think you would see oil pooling on top of motor from that. Take a pic of the problem area and post it here. The PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve is on the right (passenger-side) valve cover, middle top. Is the car running rough at all? How does it idle?

OK, well those are your valve cover bolts. You're valve covers are leaking. Pretty simple fix, just get the gaskets and replace them. Leaky covers are not a big deal, as long as you keep an eye on the oil level. You can google for a guide on replacing valve cover gaskets for your make/model of car, the only real important tip is to tighten the bolts evenly, snug them finger tight the first pass then tighten them to specs, don't tighten one bolt down all the way while the others are loose, or you'll mash the gasket unevenly (sort of like how you tighten the lugs on your wheel). If you have a torque wrench you can also look up how much to tighten them. Before you do pull everything apart, another tip, take several photos of how your vacuum lines and other engine parts are routed, so you can put everything back together again. Taping labels on things may also help.
