I looked at info for L6--4.2L engine. It appears two circuit breakers and ddm fuse, those circuits are hot all the time. Use a test light and check voltage on those circuits. Your owners manual should give exact location. If you don't have owners manual, my.gm.com should have your owners manual, it's free to look at online. Your fuse box cover may have a legend that tells you which fuse and relay is which.

Also if that didn't work or wasn't the problem possibly is that power feed either in door came lose or rusted off I noticed my 2002 trailblazer driver quit everything no nothing so under investigation I saw orange wire disconnect so rewired it and bam everything works again

I had a similar problem with my 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer. I thought it may have been a fuse but I took the passenger door mod out and tried it and it rolled the window down and locked the doors fine. The drivers door mod that was in was one that GM put in because of a recall. Just another bad module. Try the passenger, if it works then it can’t be anything but the mod.
