What is causing my wipers to randomly come on my Chevy trailblazer

While driving the wipers randomly come on and I can not get them to stop it last sometimes just a few seconds other time for up to 10 minutes.  I can not get them to stop.  It also squirts the wiper fluid randomly.

Why is when I turned my wipers when it's raining, it also squirt wiper fluid. 2005 Chevy trailblazer?
