2002 tahoe metal hit metal now truck will crank but not hold a start windows and door locks wont work did i blow a fuze or what can it be

2002 tahoe will crank but won't completely start.window and locks won't work
either. Lights work trys to turn over but won't connect .Any one have a idea what
happened. Battery is charged..did a fuse blow?? Please help

There is a ground on the frame by gas tank another ground by motor on frame horn.Positine cable has cable from battery to where it goes check its connections. There is a fuse panel its called a block fuse. Make sure all grounds are connected.
